Badyas’ clubhouse located in the new residential compound in 6th of October, showcases the simple, clean and modern aesthetics of the developer. The design features a series of F&B, seating areas and facilities in an open setting that welcomes residents in, allowing for better visual connections, tying the whole users’ experience together while keeping each area well defined.

The entry experience is created in the interstitial space between two main structures ( 3700 m2 ),  allowing visitors to see a framed view of the lush landscape beyond from outside. The sculptural qualities of the buildings draw visitors through the threshold with wood louvres cladding that make the buildings appear to be floating and light. Wood louver screen acts as an envelope around the inside glass box, creating a sun shading device along with delicate everchanging shadow throughout the day.

The scope of services shall comprise the following packages:

• Program & Concept review and Validation.
• Building(s) Architecture including interior design for common spaces, Structure & MEP.
• Utility Networks and landscape & tie-in coordination.
